Discount vouchers – information

You have been provided with unique offercodes for a 25% discount on a crossing and a free minicruise trip with Holland Norway Lines. On this page you will find the detailed conditions that apply for these offer codes.

The codes can easily be used by adding them to your new booking with Holland Norway Lines. The top code in the email you received can be used for 25% discount and the bottom code is for a free mini-cruise. We look forward to welcoming you on board the MS Romantika soon!

• The customer is free to accept or decline a voucher when it is offered. By accepting the voucher, it is assumed that the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated here.
• Validity of the vouchers:
  • The 25% discount is valid for all travel dates in 2023 and 2024.
  • The free minicruise is valid on all travel dates in 2023.
• The vouchers can not be used after the validity period has expired.
• The discount voucher can only be used on new bookings.
• The discount voucher is only valid for the entire booking, not for individual passengers.
• The minicruise voucher gives a free minicruise for 2 people in an inside cabin.
• The vouchers are personal and can only be used by the owner of the voucher. A voucher is therefore not transferable. The voucher cannot be exchanged or sold, and doing so will invalidate the voucher.
• The vouchers can be used by the owner of the voucher and by passengers traveling with the owner of the voucher at the time of redemption.
• The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other valuables.
• The vouchers are not valid in combination with other HNL promotions.
• These vouchers are only applicable to travel tickets for sailings, and not to extras such as meals.
